Father Cannon was born in Boston in 1955, and raised in Millis, MA, the oldest of seven children. In 1977, he graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  He then studied for the Roman Catholic priesthood at St. John’s Seminary in Brighton, Massachusetts, and was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Boston in 1986.  Fr. Cannon is currently serving as pastor of St. John the Evangelist Parish in Hopkinton,
Massachusetts.
